The drive from Vernal to Salt Lake City International is the most-traveled route out of the Uintah Basin and the one most worth not driving yourself. It's 175 miles. It's three hours minimum, four if Parley's Canyon is holding up traffic. It's the wrong way to start a trip and an even worse way to end one. The math says hire someone — and ours is the math we built our airport service around.

One flat rate, door-to-terminal. Real-time flight tracking. A black stretch limousine with leather, mood lighting, climate control, and enough quiet to actually sleep on the way home. Call (435) 219-9447 and the next time you fly, the only thing you handle is your bag.

Limousine on US-40 from Vernal to Salt Lake City
The Route

US-40 west, then I-80 over the pass.

The standard route is US-40 west out of Vernal, through Strawberry Reservoir and over Daniels Summit, into Heber, down through Park City, and onto I-80 west into Salt Lake. About 175 miles, 3–3.5 hours. We know exactly which Strawberry construction zones cost what kind of time, when the chains-required flag flies on Daniels in winter, and which Parley's lane keeps moving when the rest stops.

For early-morning departures we leave Vernal four hours before takeoff. For peak-traffic afternoons (Friday returns from SLC into a Uintah weekend) we add a buffer hour. We never run it tight on a flight where missing the gate means another full day.

The Three Hours

Make the drive disappear.

Three hours of US-40 in your own car: white-knuckle, eyes-on-mirror, mind-on-the-meeting-you-haven't-prepped-for. Three hours in our cabin: laptop on, headphones in, two emails answered, a deck reviewed, a nap if you want one. Or if you're outbound for vacation: book in your lap, drink in your hand, the trip already started.

Coffee in the cabin if you ask. Phone charger ready. WiFi on. The driver is partitioned so you have actual quiet — talk if you want, work if you don't.

The Pickup Side

Land. Walk out. There we are.

We track the flight. If it's early, we move up. If it's late, we move back. You walk out of baggage claim, see the car at the curb, hand off the bag, get in. The cabin is already warm or already cool, whichever the season needs. Three hours later you're home.

For meet-and-greet inside the terminal, just request it on booking — we'll be at baggage claim with your name on a sign.
